Samsung's 3-in-1 charger juices your phone, tablet and e-book reader at onceMore and more devices have microUSB ports nowadays, but keeping them all charged can be a nightmare. Unless you have this handy device from Samsung, that is.
It’s a charger that juices three devices at once. Plug the USB end into a USB-enabled plug, and the microUSBs into whichever devices need juicing up. And away you go.
It’ll power up smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, Bluetooth headsets, e-book readers… basically anything with a microUSB port. And they don’t have to be Samsung devices either.
It divides the 2A signal between the three devices as well. So if you’re only powering up two at once, the power flows faster to each than if you had three plugged in.
The charger is small enough to fit in your pocket or purse, so you’ll never run out of juice on the go. As long as there’s a plug socket nearby, you’re sorted.
It’s great to see an accessory from a big mobile company that’s genuinely useful, and that isn’t exclusive to its own products. Bravo Samsung!
The bad news is it’s only up for pre-order in the US at the moment, priced at $39.99 (£24). We’ll let you know if it comes to these shores.
